Construction has begun at 91 Claremont! This is a very exciting project for us. An old bungalow is making way for 2 contemporary homes.
Demolition of the existing home has finished and we should be starting the excavation and footings shortly.

I know this is old, but GOOD RIDDANCE to that 'sorta' slum housing. I live right across from this building on Manning Avenue since I was born.
I feel bad for the old person that lived in that house however.
