Solid core doors throught the home

3rd floor deck

We are installing a glass bulstrade on the 3rd floor. This is the
custom stainless piece that will hold it in place.

Solid walnut

The final pieces of flooring are being installed. Solid walnut,
throught the house.

Baseboards

We elected to install zero profile baseboards theought the home. This
detail is subtle, but reflects the clean sharp lines elsewhere.

Master bathroom

Our stone floor has been laid and is now awaiting grout.

The roofer has put the finishing touches on the capping for the roof.

Basement Stairs!

We finally got - after a series of mishaps - our basement stairs in.
And, boy, do they look great.

The rear garden rooms are taking shape - quiet outdoor space connected
directly to the living room.

We have almost completed our front facades and landscaping begins soon.

The details above the front entrances are finished.

Wood Detail

The Carpenter is installing the wood detail above the front entrances
this morning.

Sliders

The main floor sliders are being installed.

Reveal Detail

We have put tremendous effort into the details in these homes as can
be seen by the the reveal detail between the window casings and the
drywall. This will also carry through the homes above all the
baseboards.

Front Entrances

We poured the front entrances today.

Drywall!

The drywall board men are working away.

Preparing front entrances for pouring

The front stairs have been formed and the rebar has been placed. We
are just waiting for the concrete to be poured.

Tapping into the main gas line

Did you know that the gas is not shut off when connecting a new line?

The gas lines are being installed today.

Nice trench drain!

So much thought has gone into the details and finishings in these
homes. This is the drain in the shower in the master bathroom.

Bricks nearing completion

Soldier courses take time but we feel they look incredible.

Getting ready for drywall.

The insulators are here and moving along quickly. We should be
boarding with drywall soon.

Pouring the Basements

The basement slabs are being poured today.

91A's brickwork has neared completion and it looks incredible.

Bricks Look Sharp!

Now that the bricklayers are all set up they move along quite quickly.

First few bricks getting laid

We decided to go with a stack brick bond rather than the more
traditional offset brick pattern. This will give the homes a more
contemporary feel.

BIG windows

Some of the larger windows being installed now.

City Services

Today, the city services have been installed to one of the homes.
Tomorrow we should have the other house connected.

Drywall Drop Off

The boom truck has arrived with the drywall for the homes.

The "stringer-less" stairs are being installed. These stairs will be
an incredibly beautiful focal point for the homes.
