Looking at the beautiful downtown Toronto from the 3rd floor and final floor. Let's get that roof on so we can close these homes up and get finished on the inside.

Things are moving along quite nicely now. The first floor has been framed.

The framing has started. The first floor joists and plywood have been put in place. Let's hope for nice weather so we can complete the framing quick.

The carpenters will begin to frame the houses as soon as these concrete forms have been stripped.

Since the weather has been so bad here in Toronto I decided to put up another photo of the basement footings.

The heavy work continues as the foundations near completion.

Demolition is finished and excavation is nearing completion. Next comes the footings and foundation. Things start moving quickly now - at least visually...
